Opening in summer 2023 inside a beautiful grade II listed building in the centre of Leighton Buzzard, we offer meeting rooms, co-working spaces & private office hire to enable flexible workspace solutions for local businesses.
All rooms have original fireplaces and please find time to explore the cellar during your visit and see the 500yr old ice-cave and now blocked-up access to the tunnels that are rumoured to run under Leighton Buzzard town centre, all the way down to the church.
Offices, meeting rooms & co-working are local on 1st and 2nd floors above the retail shop. Please enter the retail shop on ground floor and check in at desk.
Please note: this is a historic building, with steep stairs and no elevator, therefore we deeply regret we are unable to accommodate guests with mobility issues.

Parking & Finding us
We are on the corner of where Lake Street & Hockliffe Street meet, inbetween Pizza Express and Santander.
Hockliffe Street Carpark is the closest. Simply walk down Hockliffe Street and we are on the corner just after you pass Santander.
If you are coming from the Multi-story carpark, walk out towards the highstreet and turn right to go up towards the Market Cross. Keep Lloyds bank to your left and Pizza Express to your right and we are 20 yards further up on the left hand side. If you get to Santander, you’ve just missed us, so turn around!
